Our primary purpose is to support and expand the careers of African artists and its diaspora, entangling a dialogue between new perspectives and experienced artists from various countries of the continent.

FAS wishes to enhance the art systems locally by creating conditions to propel voices from these nations, fostering talents through curating. We aspire to set an empowering agenda for Art in such lively scenes such as Angola, Congo or Mozambique. At FAS, we believe that collecting is more than a series of acquisitions; we support projects, curators, and artists.

FAS is associated with recent publications and editions expanding the canon of western culture and strengthening the awareness of African Visual Arts.
